The nougat of the house BOYER in Sault is made from an ancient and traditional recipe passed on fromm generation to generation since 1887.

It is made with local products including honey, almonds and lavender harvested on the hills of the Mont Ventoux.

It is a such a delicacy that you can never get enough.
